Remote Event Details

Register for the Remote Event

Live sessions will be simulcast for remote participants from October 18-21, 2025 (Sat-Tues) on the dates and times found in the Meeting Program.  All paid registrants will have access to the recordings for 30 days following the Annual Meeting.  Remote access instructions will be emailed to all paid registrants. The remote registration fee includes, for the registered attendee only:

1. Participation in Live Meeting Sessions
2. Access to PDFs of the Posters Sessions
3. Remote Voting During the Business Meeting on Monday, October 20th

Please Note:  The registration fee for the virtual option will be the same as for the in-person option. In person expenses include things like meeting space at the hotel and food/drink, which are not necessary for remote attendees. However, virtual expenses are not necessary for in person attendees and include the infrastructure and technology that permits the broadcasting and recording of the sessions, as well as the remote voting capabilities; adding this technology is quite expensive. Therefore, the registration fees will be the same. You will either use the “in-person” or “virtual” registration link when you register for the meeting.
