POSTER INFORMATION
- Poster Size Requirement: Posters must fit within a 45-inch by 45-inch (1.1 by 1.1 m) space. There will be 2 presentations sharing one side of a 4x8 foot board. NAME reserves the right to remove posters that exceed the size requirement.
- Posters must be attended by the Presenting Author during the assigned time period(s). Award applicants may be required to attend their posters at additional designated time period/s. The poster attendance schedule will also be noted in the Meeting Program.
- If the scientific content of the submitted abstract has been altered since its submission, a notice that a revised abstract has been posted must be included.
